Blog 5

This semester has been a challenging one for me. I have learned a lot through my colleages through the blogs and discussions. The Advocacy Plan has been more difficult than I orginally thought it would be but it has stretched my thinking and my friends and co-workers helping me through it it is almost over. I wish the best for everyone in their future plans. I hope we will all be teachers in schools helping students the best way we know how. The most important thing I have learned through all my classes is to never quit and keep going even when it gets tough. The rewards will be worth it in the end. To make a positive difference in the lives of children is always worth the struggle to get there. Thanks again to everyone supporting me with their thoughts and ideas. I wish everyone the best in their future both professionally and personally. I feel a connection to everyone that has helped my journey. Everyone has made a positive difference in my life and I appreciate it. Thanks to the teacher for helping me when I was confused and got me on track.

  1. I also thought that this class was difficult but we made it. We supported each other throughout this class and now we are all at the finish line. I was a long road coming but now we will all be able to breath a little more after this week! Thanks for all you comments and encouraging words. Good luck with your career and remember to never give up!!

  2. These colleagues/blogger buddies have helped me with my advocacy plan and helped me gain a better understanding of what I need to do. They also at times helped build my confidence around the advocacy plan and weither I should complete it or not or continue with the class. You ladies were more than just classmates you were friends that gave suggestions and opinions that put me to think. For that I thank you.
I know with the help of god and your great families you ladies will rise to be some of the best teachers our schools call for and I hope your names remain in the minds of the children you will help teach become successful in this world. I also hope that you take the advocacy skills you gained and the courage from this course and use it to help serve families who need help.
    GOOD LUCK CLASS OF 2013………….
